Alaska Nanooks women’s skiing coach Scott Jerome announced the signing of Heidi O’Connor Brook of Whitehorse, Yukon, to a National Letter of Intent. She will enter the University of Alaska Fairbanks as a freshman in the fall with four years of NCAA eligibility remaining.
"I am very pleased that we have another Yukon skier joining our program,” said Jerome. “Heidi has been a solid junior skier in Canada for several seasons. She is a hard worker and will make her mark both in the classroom as well on the ski trails."
